1 Booking & Confirmation

A booking will be considered confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.
Customers must provide accurate personal details and required documents during the booking process.
Any incorrect information provided by the customer may result in cancellation of the booking without liability to Aaradhya Luxury Yatra.
Final confirmation of the tour depends on availability, permits, weather conditions, and operational requirements.

Always verify your booking confirmation email and ensure all details are accurate before your departure date.

2 Payment Terms

Customers must complete payments according to the payment schedule provided at the time of booking.
All payments must be cleared before the scheduled departure date unless otherwise agreed.
Any additional charges arising due to personal expenses, extra services, or changes requested by customers will be paid separately.

Failure to complete payment before the deadline may result in automatic cancellation of your booking.

3 Travel Documents & Permits

Customers are responsible for providing valid documents required for travel, including:

Government-issued ID proof

Medical certificates (if required)

Required permits & registrations

Any other documents requested by authorities

Aaradhya Luxury Yatra will provide assistance wherever possible but cannot guarantee approval from government authorities.

4 Tour Itinerary Changes

Aaradhya Luxury Yatra reserves the right to modify, change, or adjust the itinerary due to:

Weather conditions Road conditions Government instructions Security reasons Natural disasters Local operational issues Circumstances beyond our control

Any such changes will be made for the safety and convenience of travelers. Your well-being is always our top priority.

5 Accommodation & Transportation

Accommodation will be provided as per the package details.
Due to remote Himalayan locations, facilities may vary depending on availability and local conditions.
Vehicle type may be changed due to road conditions, government restrictions, or operational requirements.
Travelers must follow driver and guide instructions during the journey.

Himalayan routes are remote and unpredictable. We always select the best available options, but luxury standards may differ from city hotels.

6 Health & Fitness Requirements

Many Himalayan pilgrimage routes involve high altitude, difficult terrain, and challenging weather conditions. Travelers should:

Be physically fit for the journey

Inform us about any medical conditions before booking

Carry necessary medicines and personal medical supplies

Follow safety instructions provided by guides and team members

Aaradhya Luxury Yatra will not be responsible for health issues arising due to undisclosed medical conditions.

7 Cancellation & Refund Policy

All bookings are subject to our No Refund Policy. Once the booking is confirmed and payment is received:

No Refund Policy Payments are non-refundable once booking is confirmed

Payments are non-refundable.
Cancellation by the customer will not qualify for a refund.
No refund will be provided for unused services, missed departures, personal reasons, or changes in travel plans.

8 Customer Responsibilities

Travelers must:

Follow tour schedules and instructions

Respect local culture, religious places, and environmental guidelines

Maintain proper behavior during the journey

Take care of personal belongings

Aaradhya Luxury Yatra is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal items.

9 Photography & Media

Aaradhya Luxury Yatra may use photographs or videos captured during tours for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in promotional content, please inform our team in advance.

Simply notify your tour leader or contact us before departure to opt out of promotional media usage.

10 Liability Disclaimer

Aaradhya Luxury Yatra acts as a tour organizer and coordinates with various service providers such as hotels, transport operators, and local agencies. We shall not be responsible for:

Delays caused by weather or road conditions

Government restrictions

Natural events

Service failures by third-party providers

Loss, injury, or inconvenience caused due to circumstances beyond our control
