Refund & Cancellation

At Aaradhya Luxury Yatra, we strive to provide a seamless and memorable travel experience. Since our tour packages involve advance bookings for hotels, transportation, permits, and other travel services, cancellations and refunds are subject to the following terms and conditions.

1 Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after the required advance payment has been successfully received by Aaradhya Luxury Yatra.

The remaining balance must be paid before the tour departure date as communicated during the booking process.

Always retain your payment receipt and booking confirmation email for reference.

2 Cancellation by the Customer

If you wish to cancel your booking, the following cancellation charges will apply:

Cancellation Period	Cancellation Charges
30 days or more before departure	10% of total package cost
15–29 days before departure	25% of total package cost
7–14 days before departure	50% of total package cost
Less than 7 days before departure	100% — No Refund

Cancellation charges are calculated on the total package cost, not the advance payment alone.

3 No Show

If the traveler does not report on the scheduled departure date without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a “No Show,” and no refund will be provided.

“No Show” bookings are entirely non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation period.

4 Cancellation by Aaradhya Luxury Yatra

In rare situations, we may cancel a tour due to:

Extreme weather conditions
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Road closures
Permit issues
Low participation
Any circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure)

In such cases, we may offer:

Rescheduling to another available date
Travel credit for future bookings
A refund after deducting any non-refundable expenses already paid to third-party service providers

We always prioritize rescheduling or travel credits before refunds to ensure your pilgrimage isn’t lost.

5 Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method whenever possible
Bank processing times may vary depending on your financial institution

Refund timelines depend on your bank or payment provider. Aaradhya Luxury Yatra is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.

6 Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges are generally non-refundable:

Government permit fees
Visa fees (if applicable)
Travel insurance
Processing fees
Convenience charges
Taxes already paid to authorities

Even if a partial refund is approved, the above charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.

7 Changes to Booking

Any request to modify travel dates or traveler details is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

8 Force Majeure

Aaradhya Luxury Yatra shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or itinerary changes caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, landslides, pandemics, government orders, strikes, or political disturbances.

In Force Majeure situations, our team will work with you to find the best possible alternative arrangement.
