By accessing the Aaradhya Luxury Yatra website, submitting an enquiry or booking a travel service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

A booking is considered confirmed only after the applicable booking amount or payment has been received and confirmation has been communicated by Aaradhya Luxury Yatra.

Submission of an enquiry or provisional request does not automatically constitute a confirmed booking.

Travel Services

Aaradhya Luxury Yatra provides travel and pilgrimage-related services, subject to availability, including:

• Char Dham Yatra
• Do Dham Yatra
• Helicopter Yatra
• Haridwar & Rishikesh tours
• Nainital & Kainchi Dham tours
• Other Himalayan pilgrimage and holiday packages

Package Inclusions & Exclusions

Package inclusions and exclusions will be specified in the applicable package itinerary, quotation or booking confirmation.

Additional expenses arising from personal requirements, optional activities, room upgrades, additional meals, extra transportation or services not included in the package may be payable separately.

Pricing & Payment

Package prices may change due to changes in transportation costs, accommodation rates, fuel prices, government charges, taxes, permits, helicopter operations or other service-provider charges.

The applicable price shall be the price communicated and accepted at the time of booking and confirmation.

Travel Documents & Permits

Travellers are responsible for providing accurate information and valid documents required for their journey.

Restricted, high-altitude or permit-controlled destinations may require government permits, identification documents, medical/fitness clearance or other approvals.

Permits and approvals are subject to the concerned authorities and cannot always be guaranteed by Aaradhya Luxury Yatra.

Itinerary Changes

Due to weather, road conditions, government restrictions, local conditions, permit requirements, natural events, transportation issues or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, the itinerary may need to be changed.

Aaradhya Luxury Yatra may modify the route, accommodation, vehicle, schedule or other arrangements where reasonably necessary for operational or safety reasons.

Traveller Responsibilities

Travellers are responsible for:

• Providing correct personal information
• Carrying required documents
• Following instructions of the tour coordinator
• Following applicable safety requirements
• Respecting local customs and regulations
• Following instructions of local authorities
• Arriving at designated reporting points on time

High-Altitude & Pilgrimage Travel

Himalayan pilgrimage journeys may involve high altitude, steep terrain, rough roads, changing weather, limited connectivity and other physical or logistical challenges.

Travellers should carefully consider their individual circumstances before booking and must follow applicable safety, medical and local-authority requirements.

Helicopter Services

Helicopter operations are subject to weather conditions, aviation regulations, operational requirements, landing permissions and availability.

A particular flight, timing, route or helicopter operation cannot be guaranteed where circumstances are outside the reasonable control of Aaradhya Luxury Yatra.

Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation and refund conditions may vary by package because different hotels, transport providers, helicopter operators, permit authorities and other suppliers may have different cancellation rules.

The cancellation conditions applicable to a particular booking will be communicated with the package or booking confirmation.

General Conditions

• Cancellation requests should be submitted through the official communication channel.
• Applicable cancellation charges will be deducted according to the booking terms.
• Government fees, permit charges, processing charges and non-refundable supplier charges may not be refundable.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after confirmation of the refundable amount.
• Processing time may depend on the payment gateway, bank and relevant service providers.

Force Majeure

Aaradhya Luxury Yatra shall not be responsible for losses, delays or service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:

• Severe weather
• Landslides
• Road closures
• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Strikes
• Civil disturbances
• Border restrictions
• Transportation disruptions
• Other unforeseen events

Where suppliers provide a refund or credit due to such circumstances, the corresponding amount received from the supplier may be passed on to the traveller after applicable deductions.
